For TOWN SCHOLARS:
Submit the following:
1. Claim Form
2. Original or certified (by the registrar) copy of the Certificate of Registration (COR) or Certificate of Enrollment, showing the ff: Degree program and year level, courses currently taken
3. Allowance maybe claimed by a representative provided he/she has the authorization letter, a valid ID of the scholar and of the representative.
4. Scholars outside the region and with a Land bank Butuan ATM account may claim their allowance thru their account subject to personal arrangement with the Cashier, Mr. Fancis D. Ilagan.
