IF YOU are a New Scholar/Grantee, you may request for an e-copy of your award to be emailed to you if you can not personally claim it at the Office. Note: Use your own email, better have email with your name. See the Lists:1, 2
The School may do the billing for you by informing the Scholarship Coordinator and submitting a copy of your CHED Notice of Award.
For personal or individual billing, please submit to CHED Caraga the Original or Authenticated copies of:
1. Certificate of Registration or Enrollment of the semester billed
2. Statement of Account
3. Official Receipts (ORs)
4. Grades of previous semester if returning scholar/grantee, not required for 1st year on their 1st semester
